Ordering Online

We only accept orders online; payment can be made using many of the major credit or debit cards using our fully secure payment gateway provided by RBS Worldpay. Simply add the products that you need to your online shopping basket and select the appropriate quantity and delivery options. We accept payment by debit or credit cards for the following cards: Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta and Visa Electron. Your card will be charged the following working day from making a payment.

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email after you make a purchase. 

Delivery

Most orders received by end of the working day (Monday to Friday) are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability. To check the status of your order, please see the Order Status page at the top of the home page. Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually Royal Mail or courier. Goods are usually delivered within 5 working days of receipt of your order, this is not guaranteed. Please note that Royal Mail post may take up to 15 working days for delivery. Until this period is over, we are unable to replace or refund orders sent by standard delivery.

If delivery is delayed excessively, we will do our utmost to inform you as soon as possible. We are happy to give you the option of purchasing alternative items or receiving a full refund of any payments that you have made. If we are unable to deliver within 28 days of ordering, we will always give you the option of receiving a full refund of any payments made.

Please ensure a delivery address is provided where someone will be able to receive the delivery between 8.30am and 5.30pm between Monday and Friday. If no one is present and our couriers are unable to successfully complete delivery, a calling card shall be left with a phone number to rearrange delivery. If no contact is made with the couriers within 2 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to our despatch centre where the goods will need to be re-delivered where a charge may be applicable.
